Economy Shipping
If you choose Economy Shipping for an order containing LOVE BITES, you acknowledge and accept the risk that your chocolates may soften or melt during transit due to weather conditions.
While the kanna remains fully effective, the appearance and texture of the chocolate may be affected.
Orders shipped via Economy Shipping are not eligible for replacement or refund due to melting.

If you selected Xpresspost Shipping and your chocolates arrive melted, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
