Kanna Wellness Subscription Policy

Our subscription program is designed to make consistent support simple and seamless. Subscriptions are optional and can be modified or cancelled anytime before the next billing date. You can do this by logging into your account.

Please review the following carefully:

Billing

  • Subscription orders are automatically billed and processed on your renewal date.

  • You will receive an email reminder 15 days prior to renewal.

Changes & Cancellations

  • You may modify, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date via your account portal

  • Once a renewal order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled, reversed, or refunded.

Because subscription orders are automatically fulfilled and inventory is allocated immediately, we are unable to make exceptions once the order is placed.

Refunds

  • Subscription renewals are considered final sale once processed.

  • We do not offer refunds for missed cancellations.

We encourage customers to set calendar reminders if needed and to reach out in advance if you have questions about your upcoming shipment.

We believe in subtle shifts — not surprise charges. Transparency keeps things smooth for everyone.
