Shipping Policy

Shipping Area
We currently ship Kanna within Canada.

Processing Time
All orders are processed and packaged within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been fulfilled.

Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping (Residential Only): Available for all residential addresses within Canada. Not available for PO Boxes. Delivery typically within 5–10 business days after your order has been processed, depending on province.

  • Xpress Shipping: Available at a flat rate of $25 across Canada. Delivery within 1–3 business days after processing. This is the only shipping method available for PO Boxes.

  • Priority Shipping: Available at a flat rate of $50 across Canada. Delivery within 1 business day after processing.

Notes on PO Boxes
We cannot deliver to PO Boxes with Standard Shipping. If you need delivery to a PO Box, please select Xpress Shipping at checkout or provide a residential street address.

Returns Policy

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
At Kanna Wellness, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused products.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original, sealed packaging and returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.

If you experience any issues with your order, please contact our customer service team before initiating a return.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email our team at hello@kannawellness.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

  3. Ship the item back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will issue your refund.

Refunds
After inspection, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, please follow our return process and place a new order.
